PrEssure stools

The mobile pressure stand for the pressure tests of the safety blocks is a compact unit consisting of a off-drop pan which is fitted with wheels. On the off-drop pan is an aluminum tank for oil and a removable frame with a work surface . There is an electric motor with hydrogenerator holder and clutch, thermostat and level sensor on the lid of tank.

The compartment of the pressure station, where the pressure tests of the lock blocks are carried out, is provided with a polycarbonate cover. The hydraulic aggregate can only be started when the polycarbonate cover is closed. The closed position of this cover is guarded by the limit switch.
